Hi,
I've been pretty busy
lately with graduation and moving and new jobs, but I've found
the time to get this far on my project (previous post #914). Got
everything painted except the bodywork. Made my own highway pegs,
seats, and license plate holder. New exhaust, polished rims, new
spokes, engine fastener kits, valve and cam chain adjustment, oil
filter conversion plate, horn, bars, mirrors, grips, cables and
the list could go on, but I won't
keep boring you. Fenders are ordered and on their way. (No, those
aren't the real fenders, but they'll look exactly the same, maybe
better). All that's left is the seats needs to get padded and
covered, bodywork needs to be painted and airbrushed, and I need
to build a brake light mounted under the rear seat...oh, and find
another XS so I can start all over again!!! Thanks for such a
great site! I'll post again when it's all done. Any questions,
