1978 Custom XS 650:

This one has been dubbed THE BLUE DAHLIA. Because I think this bike is KILLER. I"ve got a '78 frame with an '80 engine in it, and after all the frame modifications were done by me & WISEGUYS CHOPPERS & CUSTOMS I had it sand blasted then powder coated. Matter of fact everything on this bike has been powder coated. The one piece aluminum Arlen Ness tank, hand fabricated rear fender & hand fabricated side plates are powder coated a custom blue metalic. All other pieces have been done in a subdued black. The wheels are off an '82 Heritage Special running Avon rubber, and the controls are after market chrome Harley units with clear coated stainess lines. I've kept this one real simple with only a speedo for instrumentation. The bike runs fantastic!!...and gets lots of attention going down the road.
