Honda Ace:
Hi,
First off I would like to say thank you for providing a place for people to get their stuff noticed. It sure helped my little shop get rolling along. I Just recently moved my shop from Kalkaska, Mi to a Colorado Springs, Co. Anyway, this bike is the first built in the new shop. It's another one of a kind from G&L Choppers. This bad ass ride is a 2001 Honda ACE 750. Like every other ride before most everything was fabbed in house. The frame was welded in a jig using 1 1/4 DOM tubing. I kept the overall stock length but lowered the ride height by two inches. The motor has a stage 3 jet kit, intake system and Cobra drags. I did stray from the norm and kept the stock gas tank, hand controls, switches and handlebars. Paint is HOK black base and Sunset Pearl orange scallops. The wheels are stock 170/80/15 rear and 120/90/17 front. I turned the pegs on my lathe. Overall this bike is truly awesome. This bike is currently for sale. If you're interested in more info on this bike or would like to have your metric stocker (new or old) resurrected give us a shout. And once again, thanks to 650motorcycles.com. Thank You, Richard Ford, G&L Choppers, 3425 Van Teylingen Dr, Colorado Springs, Co 80917. 719-550-0095 glchoppers@msn.com
