Magilla The 650

The winter has been filled with the scent of gasoline as I put this one together. This bike was completely dismantled, and after numerous frame modifications everything was bead blasted, and powder coated. Here is a list of the major upgrades done to this bike: I used a 1965 BSA 650 tank on this build. Added to that is a hand made custom Yamaha tank logo. The engine holds a solid 120 lbs. on each cylinder, and reads just under 6K on the clock. This engine was originally a points engine, and it has been upgraded with an electronic ignition system & a high out-put dual fire coil. Intake & exhaust systems have been upgraded from stock, and the appropriate jetting has been added to the Mikuni CV carbs installed on the bike. Chrome high flow 2 into 1 exhaust system...it sounds sweet!! All the seals, gaskets & bearings have been replaced with new units. Tapered steering head bearings have been installed instead of the stock ball bearings. The stock Teflon swing arm bushings have been replaced with bronze bushings. It has new shocks. It has new brake shoes and pads. New high pressure front brake master cylinder with stainless steel brake line. Custom skull head tail light/ license plate assembly. It has a BILTWELL gel foam diamond tuck solo seat & support. High intensity Halogen head light assembly. I used Just a Single speedo unit. The original troublesome electrical system has been replaced with a custom hand made wiring harness utilizing just a single fuse for the entire system. It is Simple effective & out of sight. All cables are new units. It has a new high tensile gold link chain. This bike is a kick start only bike, and fires on the first kick. Center stand & starter assembly have been removed there by losing roughly 25 lbs. This bike is for sale for $4,500.00 If interested please contact by phone or e-mail:
