1967 BSA A65 Lightning:
Hi,
I started with an aftermarket Triumph 500 frame and a Triumph rear hub laced to a 16" Harley wheel. The engine is a '67 BSA A65 Lightning with twin Amal 930 carbs. The front end is an 8" over Sportster with a Honda CB360 19" front wheel. I acquired 95 percent of the parts on ebay. The rest were from other suppliers or custom fabricated. I have 7 bikes and this was the only one with the typical 60's British shift right/brake left. So I decided to convert it using this custom fabbed forward control/bell crank control reversing mechanism. Anyway its done now and as is everything it's for sale danfam@mchsi.com
Great site, Thanks I've been coming here about a year and a half now. Next on the chopping block is one of my XS650 specials.
