1973 TR7V Triumph:
Hey,
Hope you're well...I've had a number of responses to the black bike you posted for me...here's another Triumph I just finished, fairly popular with the Street Tracker crowd...I hope you think it's worthy. Thanks for your help, It's a base of a 1973 TR7V with many, many changes. I stripped all the unnecessary stuff from the frame and wanted to take a minimalist approach. It has ridged alloy rims with SS spokes on the Triumph hubs, lot's of alloy parts like aluminum bars, Husky bar mounts, billet fork caps, Penton headlight mounts, Bates folders, etc. All the fasteners are polished SS. Ducati intake manifold for the single 34mm Mikuni, ARD mag, Megacycle cams, SS valves, polished rods, 1-3/4" TT pipes, Bub megaphones, respec'd 5-speed gearbox...the electrics are solid state Tympanium, battery eliminator capacitor, H4 headlight, handmade glass tailight and plate bracket. I used BSA fenders and a '71 Bonneville tank, the seat is a handmade base and foam with covering by George at Stitches on Gasoline Alley...the paint is HOK white base on the tank with HOK white pearl and gold pearl added...the frame is HOK metallic silver with 2 clear coats on all the painted parts. The Elvis grips are a last minute decision but I liked them... Kim Wroblewski
