Custom Chopper:
Hi,
This a picture of my XS chopper project. I plan on riding it on my Mountain Bike/Wife's combined riding course as well as road race it hence the sticky rubber and high pipes...homemade of course using left over Zoomies from last years demolition derby car. The engine is one from a friends vintage road race XS that was parted out during a divorce. He can't remember what motor work was done to it but a peak in the ports reveals fresh carvings. He did say the cam might be too big for the street. One can only hope. I added fresh electronic ignition and the 36mm Mikunis. I need a week of peace and quiet in the garage and I can finish it. The tank is on the paint table getting a pin-up added to it. I suggested a Dagny Taggrt tribute pin-up, but will accept what I get. The forks are from my Supermoretarded SR500 and the brakes are from a GSXR. Thanks to Guzzi Doug for the throttle. I will send more pictures when it is finished, and if we get some rain, hopefully some high speed water crossing shots from the creek bed in the woods! Flynch
