Bob,
Here is my newest project and it's the bike you sent the sleeves for. I found a very slick way to remove the old sleeves from a cylinder. You take a pan of water bring it to a rolling boil. place the set of cylinders in it for a few seconds. Take it out (carefully) and place on top of a couple of 4x4's hit the sleeve with a 2x4 and be prepared to catch the old sleeve as it comes flying out. This is a method that doesn't require anyone to have access to a press. I used my camping stove in the shop to heat the water. The only thing that I notice was between the first removed and the second sleeve it would be a good idea to cool the sleeve/cyl off to help with the heat expansion diferences between the sleeve and cyl.
Thanks for your help.
