1979 Yamaha XS 650:

Here are a couple of images of my 1979 Yamaha XS 650. New tires, speedo and tach from JC Whitney, lot of parts from Mike's XS, fun bike to ride, surprises most V-twin owners we have encountered, most young riders don't realize how fast the vertical twins were from years ago. I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't like the growl and subdued roar it produces. Most people at a stop light are amazed when the handlebars are moving with the engine pulsations. Most just agree it sounds like what a motorcycle should sound like. Thanks for a great site.
