XS 650 Cafe Racer:
Hello,
First I would like to congradulate you with the great website. It's a pleasure to see the pic's of all the different XS's.
This is my LYNXS. The name of this Cafe Racer is a combination of two passions in life:
Lynyrd Skynrd and the XS650. It started as a 1983 custom model. I put wheels in it from a XS 650 B model. Spokes are stainless. Almost every part has been modified. The swingarm is from a GSX 1100 model. It has a lot of homemade alloy parts and all of the alloy is hand polished. The front wheel had dual discs which are drilled. The engine had a separate oil filter kit and some small modifications. My other XS 650 ride is a 1975 B model which I have restored completely.
