For Sale: Custom XJ650 Café Racer. Need to make room for other projects and this one has to go. Frame, wheels and engine are from a 1981 yamaha xj650 maxim. All other parts are aftermarket or from other bikes and modified to fit. Shaft drive. Good tires. Frame has been shaved of any unused holes and/or brackets, clubman bars, all new bearings, tucked rear light and turn signals. I liked how the large turn signals looked so I kept them on but they are removable. Custom 653 paint job with clubs and spades, custom painted to match "ROCKERS" spades and clubs full face helmet included. Unfortunately I don't have a title, I never made it that far. Bike runs but needs a good tune-up and re-jetting after I put POD filters on and gutted exhaust. Front master cylinder needs rebuilt or replaced. The hard part is done, this bike is a one of a kind and wants someone to love it. For Sale: Hi, I have two XS 650's for sale. One is a 1980 with 14,000 miles runs good, stock and the other is a 1975 that has been Bobbed. The speedo says 13,000 something don't know for sure, it needs to be finished wiring lights etc. I have pictures, will send them if you want to look at them. The 1975 has no title to it but I have the name and address of the guy who last reg it. It was in 1979, I got it runing put Sportser tank on it 10" over handle bars, solo seat, looks cool, like a Triumph. I have lots of parts . For Sale: Hi, The '81 is stock with good red Imron paint. It has the aluminum spoke wheels and Daytona bars. It comes with Mikuni roundslides, MAC 2-1 pipe, custom taillight, upgraded coil, and other misc. parts. The '83 was a Heritage Special but is now mildly custom. It has a rebuilt engine with a ported head, a magneto ignition with kickstart only. BS 38s, Mac 2-1, small headlight, cateye taillight, and solo seat. Comes with roundslides, original Heritage parts and many misc. parts. Both bikes have fairly new tires, clutches, coilovers, bronze swingarm bushings, roller neck bearings, and fork braces. For Sale: Here's one more rigid for the gallery; I built this one from a stock '81 just recently. After stripping & slicing the frame, I sent it out for the hardtail treatment, but then did everything else (excepting the tank paint) in my garage. It's pretty straightforward ... tossed the fenders, smoothed the fender mounts from the front fork legs, and cleaned them inside and out. Fresh fluid and seals, of course. The seat is supported by a pair of RockShox units; ride is firm, but not bad. I routed the pipes inside the frame rails, so they wouldn't compromise ground clearance; no mufflers on them, but it's not obnoxiously loud either. SV650 headlight, aftermarket tail light. Scratch built battery tray, rear brake assembly, ignition switch moved to proper location under tank. Rebuilt and rejetted carbs, new inlets & filters, you get the idea ... nothing radical, just a nice one-kick straight forward daily driver. Uncle Sam hit us hard this year, so she's looking for a home now, if anyone's close to Milwaukee, WI. and interested, hawkfan4life@hawkgt.net

Wanted: I am rebuilding my 1971 Yamaha XS1B 650, and I have discovered some fuel fittings that I need to replace. The fittings are 90 degrees, are molded plastic on one side, and brass on the other.
