"Under Boss"

Hi,

Here is another project that we will have to get moving on and send in the final pics when finished soon.  This is a stretched chopper we call the “Under Boss”.  We built a drop seat frame with 4 inches of stretch in the rear hardtail section.  Then stretched the backbone 4 inches and raked it to 36 degrees.  The front end is a 4 over chrome springer with 21 inch wheel.  The rear wheel is from a 2002 Triumph Daytona with a 180 tire.  To compensate for the chain offset we installed one of our jack shaft drive units.  The tins have undergone a bunch of metal fabrication to get them where they are today.  The exhaust will be a two into two on this one.  The intake will be one of our two into one units again.  The Zee handle bars will have matching Zee bar forward controls.  The bike is shown here with the hollow mock motor.  We have a lot of goodies to make and paint for this one so she should be an eye catcher real soon.  We couldn’t wait to get some pictures out so we hope you enjoy.  My son Red Sexy has done a tremendous amount of welding and fab work on this bike.  We are looking forward to getting this one done and showing it off real soon.
