XS 650 Cafe Racer:
Hi,
First off, I have to say thanks for putting together such an excellent site. This is the bike that I have been working on for far too long and way too much money on. The bike started out as a 1979 Yamaha XS650 Special and has slowly changed over to a cafe racer. I built the rear and front fender completely from scratch. The tank was built borrowing some tins from other tanks as well as ones I fabbed up. The only things I farmed out was the painting and upholstery. All in all, it was a fun project.
