19" front & rear wheels - what spec

I've decided I'm going to keep the drum on the rear of my '81 Special. Does anyone know exactly what dimensions I need for a front and rear (drum) wheel?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you are asking for. The front tire is a 100x90x19 for all XS. The rear tire is a 110x90x18 for the earlier standard and a 130x90x16 for the later specials.
