Looks good. Im thinking of trying to do a regular squeeze type control ( move it from the bars to the shift rod ) Keep up the good work. I like to finger clutch though pretty sweet.

I notice you have your clutch cable wrapped around the motor mount and under the carbs? Is that the stock cable and if so how much extra drag if any does it add to the pull? Or is that a special made cable? I have a nos clutch cable so I was just curious as to whether it will work wrapping it up like that?

Older bikes used to have brace with a long slat through it so it would not vibrate to far. Hopefully that would keep it from breaking too quickly.

Im planning on using a piece of coated flat iron drilled out with a piece of 7/8 tubing welded to it to accept my clutch control from the bars. Its going to be just below the top of the tank so Im hoping I wont have much vibe and shake. I still like the way you set it up like an old T bucket.

Okay Egg Man I finally finished my Jockey. Heres a pic. I used a paper towel dispenser from walmart that I had in the kitchen. It was already 7/8 diameter perfect for the clutch lever I took the stock cable and stripped all the insulator off and pulled the cable all the way out. I then measured the distance I needed from housing to lever and made my cut on the sheath. I left the same amount of exposed cable the factory had left and made the proper adjustments to the cable I then resoldered the end back on the and vwalla.. Just a little something I thought was pretty cool. It is extremely light weight and does not vibrate hardly at all. The ball is threaded so I can remove it if I want and put something else on any time I want.
