Hello All, new to this forum. My question is i recently finished my 1980 rigid xs650 and when i'm riding around 30-60 mph and lower the throttle a touch there's a noise that rattles in the engine."I THINK " no luck finding it ive checked all bolts/nuts even timing chain tension about a 1mm of play, mufflers not rubbing against frame,Maybe muffler inside the heat shield?. no loss of power at all, starts on first kick, chains has good tension.new Rotela oil.oil level correct, it just sounds like somthings loose inside the head/motor valve spring? but i think it would'nt even start with a broken valve spring..I'm stumped it just does it when i reduce throttle speed, for a few seconds. But when i accelerate it goes away. Or is this the way it's supposed to sound? I just don't want to get stranded. Please help, Thanks Todd
