Andrew's Custom Rigid Frame XS650

Thanks for a great site. I have used a lot of the information on it to help me rebuild my XS. It took a few years but so far its been worth it! My bike is a 73 TX650, Stock internals, 2" under forks. I used most of the stock electrical components and controls but made my own wiring harness for it all. I fabricated the rear half of frame, seat, seat bracket and pivot, bars, the fender struts, rear master cylinder bracket, tail light/license plate bracket, headlight and speedo bracket, pipes and baffles and lots of widgets and doodads!
