250 Cafe Racer:
Hi,
Here's another installment from G&L Choppers in Colorado Springs, Co. Although this build was a departure from the norm, it was fun to work on. This is a 1972 Yamaha DS7 250 cafe racer we built for a local friend and bicycle shop owner. We did all the fab work and paint in house. Fabbed at the shop was the seat, struts, side mount license plate and the entire tail section. The tail/seat section is made using 16ga steel. The paint is using HOK base black and HOK base gold. The tail light is a small cat eye we hid under the tail. This little bike rips and is a blast to ride. We'll have more bikes coming in the near future. Check us out at our new website listed below.
